Translator Phone

Translator Phone credits are an internal digital balance, are not money, and are consumed according to actual service usage under the current tariff. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under the applicable store rules.

Deleting an account permanently removes the remaining balance but does not automatically refund a purchase. Translations may contain errors; important medical, legal, financial, address, and numeric information must be independently verified.

1. Service description

VelikSoft provides mobile applications and digital services. Available products and features may vary by platform and region.

2. Registration and account

Some features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate data and not share account access with third parties.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are purchased via Google Play, App Store or other official channels. Payment, renewal and cancellation terms are governed by the respective app store. VelikSoft does not manage billing directly — cancel subscriptions in store settings.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use services for illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical limits or service protection.
• Do not distribute malware or infringe third-party rights.
• Do not use file transfer services to transfer illegal content or files that infringe third-party rights.

6. Limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is”. VelikSoft does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all network conditions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the last 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
