TiziGo for Windows — Terms of service

These Terms govern the TiziGo for Windows application and subscriptions purchased through Paddle.
1. Service
TiziGo provides VPN connectivity, account access, region selection, a free mode and paid subscription access. Service availability, speed and individual locations may change due to maintenance, network conditions, legal requirements or third-party infrastructure.
2. Account and devices
You are responsible for your account access and accurate information. One active subscription may be used on up to three devices associated with the same TiziGo account. Abuse, sharing beyond the device limit or attempts to bypass access controls may result in restriction.
3. Plans, payment and renewal
The selected plan, price, tax, billing period and renewal date are shown before checkout. Paddle processes direct Windows payments. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally end the already paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use TiziGo for unlawful activity, attacks, malware distribution, spam, infringement, unauthorised access or interference with networks and services. You must comply with applicable law and third-party service rules.
5. Windows software
The public release is provided as a signed x64 installer for supported Windows versions. Installation and secure tunnel startup require administrator permission. You may use the application for personal or internal business purposes but may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it except where law expressly permits.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. VelikSoft does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular speed or every location at all times. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the previous 12 months, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Cancellation, refunds and changes
Cancellation and refund rules are described in the product Refund policy. We may update the application, plans or these Terms. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date.
