본 개인정보 처리방침은 VelikSoft Limited(“VelikSoft”, “당사”)가 veliksoft.com, vsltd.online 및 회사 모바일 앱 사용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·저장·보호하는지 설명합니다.

VS GenPass는 로컬에서 작동하며 생성·저장된 비밀번호, 로그인, 웹사이트, 메모, 생체 인식 정보 또는 사용 통계를 VelikSoft로 전송하지 않습니다. 사용자는 이메일로 자발적으로 지원팀에 정보를 보낼 수 있으며, 해당 통신은 지원 문의에 대한 일반 방침의 적용을 받습니다.

Translator Phone

For voice translation, Translator Phone processes the audio stream, recognized text, translation, selected languages, and technical session data. The data is sent over an encrypted connection through the Translator Phone server to the contracted AI provider Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope) for speech recognition, translation, and voice synthesis.

VelikSoft does not sell audio or text and does not use it for advertising. Centralized diagnostics retain technical events linked to the account, device, and session, including the app version, connection stages, error codes, and performance metrics. In the beta version, users can disable extended diagnostics; while enabled, final recognized text and its translation are retained for up to 7 days to diagnose quality issues. Audio is not retained in diagnostics. Routine technical events are retained for up to 7 days and errors for up to 30 days; access is restricted, and diagnostics linked to an account are deleted when the account is deleted.

After account deletion, only an irreversible de-identified marker showing that the trial package was previously used is retained to prevent repeated free-credit claims. It contains no email and cannot restore the account. Payment records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

당사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 인프라·결제·분석 제공업체에는 제품 운영에 필요한 범위에서만, 데이터 보호 의무하에 공유될 수 있습니다.
